1987 : METROPOLITAN launches new model Claudia Schiffer on the international fashion scene.

1990 : Opening of the METROPOLITAN agency in New York

1991 : METROPOLITAN launches new model Eva Herzigova on the international fashion scene

1992 : Creation of the national contest TOP MODEL METROPOLITAN

1995 : Creation of the international contest TOP MODEL METROPOLITAN

2000 : Introduction of METROPOLITAN on the asian market, launching in China of the TOP MODEL METROPOLITAN contest on November 22. The event aired on chinese television is seen by more then 300 million viewers.

2002 : TOP MODEL METROPOLITAN contest in Brazil

2005 : Creation of URBAN Talents&Models department to satisfy the growing demand of METROPOLITAN’s clients for models, actors, dancers, and “interesting faces” for their movie and advertising needs.

2009 : Creation of M Management, editorial department

2010 : Creation of Trend’s department specializing in new faces and oriented for fashion show collections

2012 : : In January, opening of the new METROPOLITAN Celebrity Board to satisfy our clients demands for famous people to promote their products and logos.
